If your technology marketing program isn't working, you definitely want to increase the effectiveness of your efforts. Technology marketing is proven to work, so get yours back on track so you can start reaping rewards.
 
 First, you'll want to know who your marketing is reaching. Look at your lists of consumers receiving email and text messaging alerts, then verify that these mobile numbers and email accounts are actually valid. Often, you'll learn that certain accounts no longer exist, so you can save some effort by erasing these consumers from your advertising list. Make sure you've got a good mix of consumers on your lists, and that your ads are actually reaching people.
 
 Next, you may want to look at the language of the ads themselves. You'll want something attention-getting and actionable, something that compels consumers to do something further. "Click here!" or "Call toll-free!" statements are good, because you want your consumers to complete some other action so you can make a sale. The ads should be easy to read and compelling at the same time.
 
 Improve the Effectiveness
 
 Make sure you're getting an influx of new leads, so you can always add to your lists of potential sales. You should have other programs in place to generate new leads so you can keep spreading the message and expand your existing client base.
 
 To excite existing customers, run promotions and offer special bargains or coupons that will compel them to contact you, visit the web site, etc. Special offers and bargains can really help bring in existing customers. If your technology marketing program isn't working, it's because you aren't exciting your customers or reaching enough people. Improve these areas, and you'll improve your entire technology marketing campaign.
 
 It's important to remember to provide customers, always, with a way to contact you and your company. You want to stay easily accessible, or else no amount of marketing is going to help you make sales. Tell the customers how to find out more, and make it easy for them, or else you're just wasting your time on marketing.
